Primary Whitening Agent
Breaks down into hydrogen peroxide and urea when applied. The hydrogen peroxide oxidises stain molecules, lifting surface and sub-surface discolouration.
Secondary Oxidising Agent
Works alongside carbamide peroxide for deeper penetration. The LED light accelerates the oxidation process.
Desensitising Agent
A widely used ingredient in cosmetic whitening formulas, included to help reduce the likelihood of sensitivity during use. Individual responses vary.
Thickening Agent
Gives the gel its consistency so it stays on teeth rather than spreading to the gums.
Moisturiser & Humectant
