Brush, then dry your teeth
Brush first, then pat the front of your teeth dry with a tissue. Wet teeth reduce how well the gel sticks.
Wait 30 minutes after brushing before applying

Apply the gel pen
Draw a thin, even line of gel along the front of your upper and lower teeth. Keep it off your gums.

Insert the LED light and relax
Pop in the mouthpiece and press the button. Wear it for 15–20 minutes while watching TV, getting ready — anything.
The LED does the work. You just have to sit there.

Rinse and you're done
Remove the tray, rinse your mouth and the device with water. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes.
